Shipping
We ship to any address that has a United States Postal Address.  Most orders received will be shipped in 2 days.   We provide tracking numbers on all packages. We cover the cost of shipping to retail customers.   For wholesale customers, shipping rates may vary and depend on location, size, weight, and speed.  A $5 handling fee may be applied to all orders to cover office supplies and boxes associated with shipping.

Returns and Exchanges
All sales are final.  We do not offer refunds or exchanges on any merchandise.  The only exception is in the event you receive wrong or damaged items.  Any problems must be reported within 3 days of delivery of item.  Call us immediately at 800-633-8337.  You can ship items back for refund or exchange only when we give you a return authorization number.  Customer is responsible for return shipping cost.
